  • Office Condominiums
  • Restaurants
  • Retail Outlets

  • Stores

Economic Revitalization

A key responsibility of the OECD is economic revitalization and attracting viable businesses to the Town center and to commercial areas. The OECD advocates for:

  • Business Attraction and Retention
  • Businesses
  • Commercial District Revitalization
  • Infrastructure Improvements
  • Retail Development

As of 2022, OECD's  Downtown Improvement Committee has recently completed the first phase of new branding of the historic business corridor and is working collaboratively to implement the planned progression towards greater revitalization in this quaint downtown.

Tourism

The Middleborough Tourism Committee is supported by staffing provided by OECD.  The volunteer Tourism Committee has its own website at Discover Middleborough highlighting Tourism's local planned events.
